Current limitations
Analysis is ongoing across supported markets. Chesapeake Bay and Puget Sound still lack complete approved ocean connectivity in our current regional graphs. Other properties may also lack a supported waterway connection. A regional listing does not establish property-level coverage.
The current expansion focus is Core 1 and Core 2. Core 3 expansion is paused. Market footprint and completed property analysis are separate measures.
Listing imports run daily within a 25-request budget and rotate markets; individual listings are not guaranteed daily updates.
